Choco Fruity Cookie

Always wanting to give my kids an opportunity to have a treat, but of course one that is worth eating. Got this one from my friend Beth at a cookie exchange and had to finally share. I will freeze these and pull them out for Derek's lunches. Alaina will not even try one, too healthy for her,she is missing out.

2 eggs (1 yolk deleted) or 1/2 egg beaters or whites minus a littl
1 c. brown sugar (Beth called for organic from Trader Joes, which I did happen to have and use)
1 c. light whipped butter (From TJs)
1 T. vanilla
2 T. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. oats
1 1/2 c. mini choc chips
1 1/2 c. each dried blueberries and cranberries (Best prices is Costco)
Mix all together, chopping dried fruit in food processor first.
I used small ice cream scoop and once on cookie sheet, you can see I used silicon liner which is non stick, I flattened with a glass slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen at 100 calories a piece.
Two makes a great snack with a cup of tea!!
